I need help please!


My girl friend has been locked out of the game for three days with an error message: Net Status 2 even though we use the same computer. We have cleared the cache, history and tried 3 diffrent browser for her without success!

Email to support came with the suggestion to do the above!

UPDATE JULY 19: Here is the latest request from Zynga, about the net status (2) error:


Hello Pioneers,

If you are experiencing net status (2), please submit a support ticket. Please note, if you have already submitted a ticket for net status (2), DO NOT submit a new one. This will only slow down the process.

The team is quite aware of this problem, they have set this as a top priority, and are working on it to get people back to their games.

Hopefully they can solve this one quickly!
