Why can’t I upload a new profile picture? I am doing the same thing I did before, and it just gets stuck indefinitely (Anyone else having this problem)? Also is there a way to use a picture that is already in an album as a profile pic?

I am not sure why you cannot load a new profile picture. The only thing that could be stopping it is the size of the photo. Make sure it is within Facebook's limits. And, yes, you can use an existing picture from an album as your profile picture. Find the photo you wish to use, and under it, on the right side, you will see the link "Make Profile Picture".
