How do I complete the ‘visit 25 neighbours’ part of Prepare for a baby’? I keep visiting but it doesn’t seem to register in the quest stats.

This seems to be a common complaint many players have when trying to complete this quest. Most have reported that after a day or so, the visits suddenly register and the quest requirement is then marked complete. From what we understand, the developers are looking into the "bug".
